Kenyatta M. Gibson, Esq. is a distinguished legal professional and political figure in The Bahamas, with extensive experience in commercial law, real estate law, financial services law, and civil and commercial litigation. Over his decades-long career, he has built a reputation for legal excellence, public service, and leadership in key national regulatory bodies.
Gibson is the Managing Partner of K.M. Gibson and Company Law Chambers, a role he has held since 1997. His expertise has made him a sought-after legal advocate, particularly in commercial and civil litigation. His legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Cash Fountain & Company, followed by a partnership at Harding-Lee and Company.
Beyond his legal career, Gibson has served in prominent government and regulatory roles. In 2002 he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Kennedy Constituency where he played a key role in legislative matters. His leadership extended to serving as Chairman of The Gaming Board for The Commonwealth of The Bahamas in multiple terms overseeing regulatory policies in the gaming industry.
